PANCRASE 317, due to take place at the above date and venue, was canceled. Pancrase
athletes all undergo medical testing, with coronavirus antibody tests carried out one week
prior to the show, and again on show day. Athletes who test positive on show day are given a
third antigen test.
One of our athletes tested positive on the third of such tests and the decision was made to
cancel the scheduled event suddenly.
The situation was explained to public health officials present at the venue, and Pancrase was
informed that since there was no contact with audience members, those waiting in the foyer
would not be subject to testing.
Pancrase extends its most humble apologies for causing concern to those who arrived at the
venue waiting to be admitted.
Matchups on this canceled card will be separated and moved to subsequent shows. These
will be announced in due course.
