Real Fight Championships 4 Event in Tokyo

Today the Real Fight Championship 4  took place in Tokyo Dome City Hall . The level of the fighter was amateur for the most part except for the main event. There were really no other stand out fights and at one point they did a break dancing show in the cage. I am sure that the audience was not interested in anything other than MMA action. Now that Kron Gracie is fighting for another promotion the biggest draw for Real events is now Roberto “Satoshi” de Souza. Satoshi is a fantastic BJJ player and is popular on the BJJ Tournament circuit here in Japan.  That means that most of the crowd were BJJ players themselves.

The main event was the best part of the show by far. BJJ fighter turned MMA Fighter Roberto de Souza 3-0-0, did a fantastic job of dismantling Yuta Kaneko 8-1-2 . Kaneko put up a good fight but Souza is a force of nature!
