We are pleased to announce that TEAM CARPE DIEM will be participating in the “QUINTET FIGHT NIGHT 6 in Tokyo” at EX THEATER ROPPONGI on March 12th (Fri.).
The CARPE DIEM team has announced who will be representing their prestigious dojo. CARPE DIEM has won three consecutive QUINTET championships and this time, the women’s team has decided to participate. It will be interesting to see if they can show the same overwhelming strength as the men’s team. We know how strong and skilled all the members of CARPE DIEM are, so this should be an excellent and exciting grappling event.
The members of TEAM CARPE DIEM have won three consecutive Asian championships and the 2017 Asian Championships in a single match against Reiko Yuasa in QUINTET FN2. Team CARPE DIEM will be led by Haruki Ishiguro, who won the Asian Championships for the third consecutive year and the 2019 JBJJF All Japan Championships and is now a brown belt.
The other outstanding team members are Hiroki Uchiyama, a positional technician who won the 2019 Asian Championships. Miyu Moriwaki, the winner of the Gunaby Cup Jiu-Jitsu International Open Tournament, and Minoru Suga, the winner of the 2019 Asian Championships. Rounding off this team of athletes is SARAMI, the all-rounder with the best physical strength in the team.
