Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport, the world’s hardest hitting professional wrestling promotion, celebrates a special tenth anniversary event this Thursday, April 4, with Bloodsport X taking place at the sold out Penns Landing Caterers in Philadelphia during WrestleMania week.
Live worldwide on TrillerTV.com, Bloodsport X will feature ‘The Warmaster’ Josh Barnett going head-to-head in a first-time ever match against Johnny Bloodsport aka John Hennigan (formerly John Morrison) in the main event of the evening.
The final of the women’s tournament will take place in the co-main event. ‘The Problem’ Marina Shafir, Janai Kai, Lindsay Snow, and Lady Frost, all clash in this epic one-night tournament where they will need to muster up every ounce of grit and determination to outlast the others.
Nic Nemeth (formerly known as Dolph Ziggler) makes his much-anticipated Bloodsport debut. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion enters the unfamiliar surroundings of Bloodsport with a big target on his back and a point to prove. He takes on the internationally renowned “Speedball” Mike Bailey, who is aiming to score arguably the biggest win of his career.
If that wasn’t enough, current WWE superstar Shayna Baszler makes a surprise appearance at Bloodsport X and goes against Masha Slamovich, the legendary Minoru Suzuki meets Bloodsport regular Royce Isaacs, and the bruising Timothy Thatcher takes on ‘The Axeman’ Axel Wolfe.
