Deep Impact 78 Featuring Pancrase VS Deep

It’s getting to be that time of the year where there are a lot of good MMA events happening here in Japan. 2017 looks like it is sizing up to be a fantastic year for fight fans. As we have reported in the past Pancrase is doing a lot of cross promotion this year with other MMA brands. This time around it will be with Deep Impact 78 on March 18th, 2017. Tickets are available at http://www.deep2001.com/

Pancrase fighter and commentator, Guy Delumeau, will be making his return to the Deep ring in Deep Impact 78. 2017 marks the 10 year anniversary from Delumeau’s last fight in Deep. Since then he has gone on to fight for fans in a few different promotions. The most current promotion is Pancrase where he has competed against some strong talent. Delumeau has show skills and powerful moves in his fight. He pulled of the first ever 1st Round victory by Twister at Pancrase 279 last year.

Guy Delumeau will be facing Hiroto Uesako, the 2012 future king champ and Japan road to UFC vet. A win here could put Delumeau in contention for the Deep championship belt now held by leg-lock master, Masakazu Imanari. Hiroto Uesako (10-6-0) is fighting out of Wajutsu Keishukai HEARTS. He is currently on a 1 fight winning streak. Hiroto Uesako is the 45th ranked of 433 active Japan Pro Featherweights.

We are looking forward to this fight and many more on the card for Deep Impact 78. If you are in Japan this one is one that you want to check out live. Hurry and get your tickets because these events sell out quickly!
