One FC and Professional Shooto Announce Partnership

Today Professional Shooto announced they have joined forces with One FC in Japan. That means that One FC will start to sponsor all the Shooto events and start to build local heros out of the Shooto roster. This is big news for JMMA. With One FC backing Shooto, the local Japanese fighters can look forward to having support for building the local JMMA talent pool.

Many Japanese fighters have jumped over to the One FC brand and are now competing internationally. Before One FC they never had the opportunity. In Japan up to this point it has been a case where the Japanese fighters have had to work hard to try to get on the End Of Year card and if they were successful they could become famous.

Now that One FC has arrived on the scene there is a totally new vibe to JMMA. Now the JMMA fighters can work with a legit organization that cares about the fighters and is working to create local heros. Not only are they giving fighters a way to make a career, but they are also investing locally to make heros that can inspire other people to become fighters as well.

One FC is taking over Japan. They will be successful in this market where the more greedy promotions will dwindle away. Times are changing for JMMA. Keep an eye on what is happening here and we will keep you up to date!
