ROAD FC 054 OFFICIAL WEIGH IN RESULTS MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMP LA IN-JAE TAKES ON YANG HAE-JUN





For release on June 14, 2019 – ROAD Fighting Championship announces the official weigh-in results for ROAD FC 054 which will take place tomorrow, Saturday, June 15, 2019, in Wonju, South Korea. The Middleweight Championship between La In-Jae and Yang Hae-Jun is confirmed. Twelve bouts are set to go for the preliminary and main card.

 

 

Middleweight Championship

Middleweight Champion La In-Jae:

“Tomorrow is my wife’s birthday. I don’t want to get kicked out of the house, so I’m going to fight really hard.”

Challenger Yang Hae-Jun:

“I know I’m the challenger… but I like the champ a lot. Apart from that, I’ll show everyone a fight that qualifies me as a real challenger.”

“It’s been a year and three months since I’ve fought, and I’m so excited!”

“I studied him a lot. Tomorrow I’m going to make him give up. I’m going to KO Kim and I want a championship shot.”

“I’m moving up from the Young Guns card to the main card. So I promise to deliver a great fight against Yoo Jae-Nam.”

Shim Gun-Oh:

“Ryu is coming over from stand up martial arts. I’m going to show him why MMA is different and send him back there.”

Ryu Ki-Hoon:

“I’m honored to fight in ROAD FC. I’ll put on a cool performance tomorrow.”

Jang Ik-Hwan:

“Since my opponent was confirmed, I haven’t trained for him. I only ran on a treadmill. Tomorrow is a treadmill strategy.”
