This coming Sunday, August 30, UFC Fight Night: Smith vs Rakic will air live from Las Vegas at the UFC Apex Arena. The main card will start at 9:00 a.m. Hong Kong, and the prelims will kick off at 6:00 a.m.
Main Event
This event is headlined by a critical light heavyweight three-round bout between top ranked #5 Anthony Smith and #8 Aleksandar Rakic. Long time veteran, former title contender Smith has a whopping 18 KOs and 12 submissions on his record while fast-rising Rakic has nine KOs and was undefeated at the start of his UFC career until a narrow split decision loss to Volkan Oezdemir at UFC Busan.
